Hi there, welcome to my page. I am a Professional and Experienced Real Estate Agent, specialize in buying, selling, and investing in Real Estate. I have been a business owner on the Central Coast for over 30 years. I am a top producing Real Estate Agent for Century 21 Hometown Realty in Santa Maria. I have a talk radio show every Thursday at 10:30 a.m. on 102.1 FM Spanish radio. In 2004, I obtained my Real Estate license. In my first year of business in Real Estate, I became the top producing agent and was the recipient of the Centurion Award at Century 21. I am the first in the 35 year history of this Century 21 office to have received this top producing Award. This is like receiving an Oscar Award in Real Estate. I also have a Registered Trade mark in which I am very proud of. It is a gold seal with superimposed house and hands which states ?the seal of difference?. This statement represents who I am. On a personal note, I am originally from Los Angeles and graduated from Garfield High School in 1979. I continued my education at UCSB, earning my Bachelors Degree in Business. I also attended Law School at the Santa Barbara College of Law. After college, I worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor in the Workers Compensation system for 15 years of which 13 of those years were self- employed. I also worked concurrently in Real Estate Investing.
I have been married for over 35 to my beautiful and loving wife, Linda. Through dedication and hard work, she earned a Masters Degree as a Marriage and Family Therapist. She is now a Manager. We have three wonderful children. My son, Anthony became a Doctor in Medicine at the age of 28. He is married and they have given us a precious granddaughter. My daughter, Deanna has a Masters Degree as a licensed Social Worker and works in Mental Health. My daughter Renee is a Business Manager. She has given us four amazing grandchildren.
