I have been fortunate enough to call Santa Barbara my home since the 1970's. After buying and selling a few homes, I was intrigued by the variety of the business, and decided real estate could be a good fit for me. It is a career that I am still very excited about, and I look forward to going to work every day.

I have been an agent with Century 21 Butler Realty Inc. since I received my license in 1987. Century 21 is the most recognized name in real estate, and has proven to be an excellent choice. I am a Centurion agent, which is the top 3% of all Century 21 agents worldwide, a member of the Century 21 Honor Society, and a recipient of the Century 21 Quality Service Pinnacle Award. I have also achieved CRS and GRI advanced designations.

I have sold properties in all areas of Santa Barbara, from Goleta to Carpinteria and Santa Ynez Valley, and have experience in all types of real estate transactions as well as property management. I am hands on in getting a listing ready for the market, and know how to stage a home to present it the best way possible. I have been project manager for many renovations on listings to maximize the return for my sellers.
