Kathe Hustace grew up in Santa Barbara, graduated from UCSB and spent two years as a Peace Corps volunteer before relocating to the Central Coast. She has been serving the North County of San Luis Obispo since 1976 and has been a Broker Associate since 1984. Kathe specializes in residential, homes on acreage, first time buyers, singles and retirees.

To serve her community, Kathe is a volunteer for HEET (Horse Emergency Evacuation Team). She is also an active member of the Atascadero Horseman's Club, ALPS (Atascadero Land Preservation Society) and North County Trails Association. As an animal lover, Kathe could not live without her chickens, 3 dogs, 8 cats, a Morgan horse and a Mustang!
