I was first licensed in California in 1980 as an agent. I have been a licensed broker in California since 1984. I currently live in Canyon Lake, but I am originally from Los Angeles County (Long Beach, Bellflower, Cerritos area). I pride myself on keeping up with changes in real estate, especially in California. I sit on the Professional Standards Committee of my local association of Realtors, Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors, trying to keep professionalism in the real estate industry and show the public the value we bring to a transaction.
