Yolanda Bradshaw

Yolanda has over 18 years experience in Real Estate working with Buyers, Sellers and Investors. Besides having a busy Real Estate business, Yolanda has specialized in distress properties, helping more than 48 homeowners save their homes through loan modifications free of charge from late 2007 to 2009. Yolanda also holds the CDPE designation (Certified Distress Property Expert) recognized by the National Association of Realtor which helps in today's Real Estate market with short sales and foreclosures. Yolanda also has experience as an independent contractor working in payroll, accounts receivable and collections. Yolanda Bradshaw has two sons River 21 years old and Rasaan 24 years old. Yolanda is focusing on bringing a new community service for working single mothers raising young boys called, The M.A.R.S. Project (Mothers Are Raising Sons). It's purpose is to serve as a support systems for working single mothers on financial recovery and a mentoring program for their sons. Yolanda also donates a portion on her closed transactions to local and international charities.
